So...my agent woke me up this morning at like 7, and told me I had to be downtown by 9 (who the fuck gets anywhere by 9?) because she'd gotten me an audition as Fiona, for Shrek the Musical.

I mean, Meg's a good role and all, but she's a supporting character. Fiona's a lead.

So, we'll see?

So, how does this work? When do you find out if you've got the part?

I should hear about call backs in a day or two. Then I'll go do those--do actual readings, sing more, perform with people already in the cast, and then it'll be a week or so.

So, crossing our fingers for callbacks, then.
